NY unemployment KeyBank deposit delay - benefits released yesterday not showing up

This happens sometimes with KeyBank. There can be 24-48 hour delays in processing, especially around holidays or month-end. Did you check if there were any system maintenance notices on the KeyBank or NYSDOL websites? I'd give it until tomorrow before getting too concerned.

OMG I'm having EXACTLY the same issue!!! Mine always shows up by 8:30am after release and NOTHING today! I called KeyBank and was on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up. This is RIDICULOUS! My landlord doesn't care about "processing delays" when rent is due!!! Anyone know if there's a SYSTEM OUTAGE or something??

Last time this happened to me (back in January), the money showed up around 6pm. KeyBank sometimes has these random delays. I wouldn't panic until tomorrow morning. If it doesn't show by then, that's when you should start calling.

I used to have KeyBank for my unemployment benefits and experienced similar delays occasionally. I switched to direct deposit to my regular bank account (you can change this in your NY.gov account settings), and it's been much more reliable. The transfers usually process overnight regardless of weekends or holidays.

keybank always does this to me 2. happened 3 times in last 2 months. but money eventually shows up. just wait.

I spent two hours today trying to get through to someone at NYSDOL about this exact issue. Apparently there's a processing delay affecting KeyBank deposits specifically. my sister had this problem too but hers just came thru like an hour ago so maybe check again? she has keybank too for her ny unemployment
