Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Contact your state representative!!!! I had the exact same issue and nothing worked until I reached out to my local assembly member. Their office contacted KeyBank directly and I had my statements within 48 hours. They have special channels to get through to these agencies.

It's the worst when you call and they just tell you to "wait" with no actual info. Try asking these specific questions next time you get through: 1. Is my claim pending or denied? 2. Is there any specific documentation missing? 3. Is there an ID verification issue? 4. Can you escalate this to a supervisor due to the extended wait time? Don't let them rush you off the phone without answers.

Had the same problem and finally got it fixed using Claimyr.com - they wait on hold for you and then connect you when a real agent picks up. whatever you do DO NOT try to file a new claim!! if your existing claim disappeared and you file a new one it creates a whole mess that takes months to untangle. call them first!!

Welcome to the wonderful world of NY unemployment where nothing makes sense and the rules are made up 😅 Seriously though, your claim is probably still there in their system but just not visible to you. You need to call them.
