WMR and SBTPG Both Can't Find My 2024 Return - Filed 1/17, Accepted 1/21, Getting "Account Not Found" Errors

Filed my taxes on January 17th and got acceptance confirmation on the 21st. When I check Where's My Refund it says it cant find my information. Im putting everything in exactly like my return shows. Today I tried checking again and got a screen that says "Taxpayer info - We couldn't find your account. Please make sure the info you entered is correct and try again or visit help.sbtpg.com for assistance." I double-checked my SSN that I entered, verified the Federal/State refund amount I'm expecting, confirmed my filing status, and selected "2024 (Latest Tax Year)" from the dropdown menu. I even passed the "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA verification, but it still won't let me view my refund status. This is so frustrating! I hit the "View refund status" button and keep getting the same error message. There's a note at the bottom about "Questions about prior year tax filings?" but this is for my current year taxes that I just filed. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group) portal? Is there something I'm missing? I'm wondering if there's a delay in their system or if I should be contacting the IRS directly instead of using this portal.
