Can't access SBTPG account for TurboTax Cash App refund - anyone else having issues?

If you already got your federal, your state should be coming soon - they typically take a few weeks longer.

This might be a dumb question but are you 100% sure you're on the right website? The official SBTPG site is https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/ - there are some scam lookalike sites out there. Also make sure you're entering your info exactly as it appears on your tax return (case sensitive sometimes).
