I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what I'd do: 1. Double-check that you sent everything to the correct address. 2. Make sure you included your SSN on all pages. 3. Send a follow-up letter referencing your previous submissions. 4. If possible, fax the documents as well. 5. Keep calling until you get through. 6.
