How long does it take for a Tax Advocate to contact you after submitting Form 911?
Filed for a tax advocate last week and haven't heard anything back. Starting to get worried since I really need help with my refund situation. Anyone have experience with how long the wait usually is before they reach out? Getting desperate since I've been waiting on my refund for 8 months now.

I feel your pain @Rami - been there myself. One thing that helped me was calling the TAS intake line directly at 1-877-777-4778 about 2 weeks after submitting Form 911 to check status. Sometimes they can give you a case number or at least confirm they received it. Also make sure you have all your documentation ready because when they do call, they'll want everything immediately. Hang in there!
