PFL EDD claim payments stopped since Jan 24 - No response from EDD. Help!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your claim status online. Sometimes there are updates there that don't get communicated. 2. Make sure all your paperwork is in order. Any missing docs can cause delays. 3. If you can't get through on the phone, try emailing them. Keep a record of all communication. 4. Consider reaching out to your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes expedite claims. 5. If all else fails, file a complaint with the EDD. It might light a fire under them. Hang in there! The system is frustrating, but persistence usually pays off.

have you checked your bank info on file? I had a similar issue and it turned out my direct deposit info was wrong 🤦‍♂️

EDD is such a joke. They need to get there act together. We're all out here struggling and they cant even do there job right smh
