Quick question - did you double check that your bank info is correct in the system? I had a similar delay and it turned out I had transposed two numbers in my account number. Might be worth verifying!

Not to be that guy, but have you tried going to an actual office? Sometimes face-to-face is the only way to get things done with these bureaucrats.

Ive herd that sometimes the system flags claims for random audits which can cause delays. might be worth asking if thats whats happening with yours
