Moneynetwork won't release my funds - need help ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm having a major issue with Moneynetwork. They're refusing to release my funds and I'm getting really frustrated. Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you do to get your money? I've been trying to contact them but no luck so far. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ugh, I've been there. Moneynetwork can be such a pain to deal with. Have you tried calling their customer service line? Sometimes you gotta be persistent and keep calling until you get someone helpful.

•Pro tip: call first thing in the morning when they open. You're more likely to get through quickly.

I had a similar issue with Moneynetwork last year. It took me weeks to get it resolved, but I finally did. Here's what worked for me: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your calls, emails, and interactions with them. 2. Ask for a supervisor every time you call. The frontline reps often can't do much. 3. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This got their attention pretty quick. 4. If all else fails, consider contacting your state's attorney general's office. They can sometimes intervene in these situations. Hang in there, OP. It's a frustrating process, but keep pushing!

•Wow, thank you so much for the detailed advice! I'll definitely start documenting everything and try to escalate it. Really appreciate your help!

•This is solid advice. I work in customer service (not for Moneynetwork) and escalation to a supervisor often helps resolve issues faster.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds like a scam. Why would you pay $20 just to make a phone call?

•Not a scam at all. It saved me hours of waiting on hold. Time is money, ya know?

•How does it work exactly? Do you have to give them your phone number?

•Yeah, you give them your number so they can forward the call to you once they get a live person. It's legit, I promise.

Have you checked your account settings on their website? Sometimes there's a hold on funds for security reasons and you can release it yourself.
