Ugh, I feel your pain! I've been waiting since September for mine. It's ridiculous how long they're taking. Have you tried calling them? I've been trying to get through for weeks but no luck so far.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you tried faxing your claim? I know it sounds crazy, but I've heard some people have had luck with that. Apparently, the fax goes to a different department or something.
