Filed for UI last week, told funds would release in 3 days but still nothing. Anyone else experiencing delays?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your claim status online. Sometimes there are issues they don't tell you about. 2. Make sure all your certifications are up to date. 3. If you can't get through on the phone, try sending a message through their online portal. 4. Be patient. Unfortunately, delays are common right now. 5. If it's been more than 10 business days, consider contacting your local representative. They can sometimes help push things through. Hang in there! The system is overwhelmed but they'll get to you eventually.

This happened to me too! Turns out there was an identity verification issue. Check your online account or mail for any notices about additional info they might need.

Has anyone else noticed that the delays seem to be worse lately? I wonder if they're short-staffed or if there's been a surge in claims.

Protip: If you're really desperate, reach out to your local state representative. They sometimes have connections and can help speed things up.
