Filed for EDD benefits in December, still no payments. Help!

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they need additional info but don't tell you directly. Worth double-checking!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Here's what worked for me: 1. Double-check all your info is correct online 2. Upload any missing documents ASAP 3. Call first thing in the morning (right when they open) 4. If you can't get through, try contacting your local representative. They sometimes have special channels to EDD 5. Be persistent! Don't give up It took me 6 weeks, but I finally got my benefits. Hang in there!

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds ancient, but it worked for me when nothing else did!
