UI benefits not being processed - no payments received. Help!

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's been weeks and I haven't seen a dime. The system is so broken 😡

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It costs $20, but it works. Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Keep calling every day. It's annoying, but persistence pays off. 2. Check your online account for any pending issues or required documents. 3. Email your state representative. They can sometimes help push things through. 4. Join Facebook groups for your state's unemployment. Lots of good info there. 5. Make sure all your info is up to date and accurate. 6. If you get through, ask for a supervisor if the rep can't help. 7. Document everything: calls, emails, letters. Hang in there, everyone. It's a nightmare, but keep fighting!

Has anyone tried going to the unemployment office in person? I'm thinking of camping out there until someone helps me lol
