EDD PFL payment 20+ days late, can't reach anyone. Help!

Consider reaching out to your local assembly member's office. They often have contacts at EDD and can help push things along. 5. Check if there are any forms you need to submit. Sometimes payments get held up because they're waiting on additional info. 6. If all else fails, file a complaint with the EDD. It might take time, but it creates a paper trail. Hang in there! The system is frustrating, but keep at it. You'll get your money eventually.

have u checked ur online account? sometimes they post updates there that dont come in the mail

Pro tip: if u cant get thru on the main line, try calling some of the other edd numbers. sometimes u can get transfered to the right dept that way

Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes tweeting at them or messaging on FB can get a response.

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out they needed some additional medical info from my doctor. Might be worth checking if there's any paperwork they're waiting on?
