EDD Extension Approved but No Payment Received - What to Do?
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I got an extension for my unemployment claim, but I haven't received anything yet. It's been a while and I'm starting to get worried. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what I should do next?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a glitch in there system and my extension wasnt properly processed. Had to call and have them manually fix it. Such a headache!

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes EDD emails end up there. Also, make sure your address is up to date in the system.

Pro tip: if u can't get thru on the main line, try calling one of the foreign language lines and then ask to be transfered to an english speaking rep. Worked for me!
