EDD payments stopped since November - disabled and claim not processed. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I haven't received any unemployment payments since early November. I'm still disabled and can't work, but for some reason, my claim hasn't been processed. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Any ideas on what I should do next? I'm getting pretty worried about making ends meet.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ
