Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Here's what worked for me to get my claim unstuck: 1. Double-check all your documents are uploaded correctly 2. Call first thing in the morning (like right when they open) 3. If you can't get through, try contacting your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes expedite things. 4. Keep a detailed log of all your attempts to contact them 5. Check your spam folder regularly for any communications Hope this helps! Hang in there, it's a frustrating process but you'll get through it.

Hey OP, don't forget to check if your employer offers any additional paid family leave on top of the state program. Some companies do, and it can make a big difference!
