Have you tried reaching out to your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things along with government agencies.
have u tried faxing them? I know it sounds old school but I've heard it can actually get faster responses sometimes lol
omg what year is it? 1995? 📠😂
ikr? But I swear it worked for my cousin last month. Sometimes ya gotta go retro to beat the system 😎
Just a heads up, there was a system upgrade last week that's been causing delays. Might be why you haven't heard back yet. They said it should be resolved by next week, so hang tight!
I heard they're super backlogged because of some new system update. Might be why everyones payments are delayed. Doesn't make it suck any less tho.
Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through after only 30 minutes on hold last week. Good luck!
Anyone else notice the system seems to crash more often right after they announce new benefits or changes? It's like they can't handle the traffic or something.
Omg yes! Every. Single. Time. You'd think they'd learn by now 🙄
Hey OP, what specific error are you getting? Might be able to help troubleshoot if you provide more details.
Thanks for asking! It's not giving a specific error code, just says 'unable to process your request at this time' and to try again later. Super helpful, right? 🙃
Oof, that's a tough one. Sounds like it might be a server issue on their end. Def try the tips others mentioned and maybe give it a day before trying again.

Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes tweeting at them or messaging on FB can get a response.

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out they needed some additional medical info from my doctor. Might be worth checking if there's any paperwork they're waiting on?
