Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Quick question - did you transition from SDI to PFL? Sometimes that transition can cause delays. Make sure both claims are properly linked in the system.

Guys, I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Not to freak you out, but I'd double check that you actually applied through the right channel. I thought I had applied but turns out I had used some third-party site that looked official but wasn't 😱

idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out there was a glitch in their system. When I finally got through to someone, they had to manually push my application through. might be worth asking about that when you call.
