idk if this helps, but when i applied, i had my doctor fill out the medical certification form SUPER detailed. made the whole process go way smoother.
Not to freak you out, but I'd double check that you actually applied through the right channel. I thought I had applied but turns out I had used some third-party site that looked official but wasn't 😱
idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue and it turned out there was a glitch in their system. When I finally got through to someone, they had to manually push my application through. might be worth asking about that when you call.
Man, the whole system is broken af. I've been waiting on my benefits for 3 months now. This country is a joke 🤡
Quick question - did you receive any notification about why it was rejected? Sometimes they send an email or letter with specific details.
Guys, I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried tweeting at them? Sometimes public shaming works wonders 😈
