SDI payment 20 days late after submitting docs - what to do?
I submitted all my documents for SDI benefits at the office 20 days ago. They told me my payment would be processed in 7-10 days, but I still haven't received anything. I've checked the website for updates, but there's no new information. Has anyone else experienced delays like this? What should I do next?

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what you need to do: 1. Keep checking the website daily 2. Try calling first thing in the morning (like 7:59 AM) 3. If you can't get through, send a message through your SDI account 4. As a last resort, go back to the office in person Don't give up! Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets the grease 💪
