Does anyone know if theres a way to check the status of specific forms online? Or do we just have to wait for them to contact us?
Unfortunately, the online system is pretty limited. You can see your overall claim status, but not individual form statuses. It's super frustrating!
Pro tip: If you're having trouble reaching someone, try calling right when they open. I always have better luck first thing in the morning.
