EDD queue always full, getting kicked out. No payments for a month. Help!
I've been trying to get through to unemployment for weeks now. Their queue is always full and kicks me out every time I call. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing seems to work. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else dealt with this and found a solution? I'm at my wits end here and really need to speak to someone about not receiving any payments for the past month.

Listen up, folks. I've been through this rodeo before, so here's what you need to know: • First, double-check that you've completed all parts of your claim. Missing info can cause delays. • If everything's filled out, look for a message in your online account. They might need additional docs. • No message? Call them. Yes, it's a pain, but it's necessary. Try early mornings or late afternoons. • If calling fails, write a detailed email explaining your situation. Include your claim number. • Still no luck? Contact your local representative. They can sometimes expedite things. • Document everything: calls, emails, names of reps you speak to. Remember, persistence is key. Don't give up! The system is overwhelmed, but you'll get through eventually. Good luck!

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. My OB extended my disability leave after having my baby, but I didn't get the DE2525XX form. My disability already expired yesterday, and I need to file ASAP. Has anyone dealt with this before? What should I do?

Quick question - did you submit any additional medical evidence after your initial application? Sometimes that can cause delays while they review the new info.

If it's relevant and supports your claim, it's usually worth submitting. But yeah, it can slow things down a bit. Tough call.
