Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. I was in the same boat last year. Turns out there was a flag on my account for potential fraud (even though everything was legit). Had to verify my identity again. Might be worth asking if there's any specific issue holding up your payments.
This happened to me too! The fraud prevention stuff is out of control. Took weeks to sort out 😫

guys i just got thru to edd after trying for WEEKS. heres what i did: 1. called right when they opened 2. used the 2511 number 3. pressed 1, then 2, then 4 hope this helps someone else whos strugling 🙏

Here's what worked for me to get my SDI extension: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact them. 2. Check your online account daily for updates. 3. If calling doesn't work, try sending a message through the online portal. 4. Reach out to your local state representative's office. They can sometimes intervene on your behalf. 5. Be persistent but polite when you do get through to someone. 6. Make sure all your medical documentation is up to date and submitted. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up. You're entitled to these benefits!
