Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Missing info can cause delays. • If everything's filled out, look for a message in your online account. They might need additional docs. • No message? Call them. Yes, it's a pain, but it's necessary. Try early mornings or late afternoons. • If calling fails, write a detailed email explaining your situation. Include your claim number. • Still no luck? Contact your local representative. They can sometimes expedite things. • Document everything: calls, emails, names of reps you speak to. Remember, persistence is key. Don't give up! The system is overwhelmed, but you'll get through eventually. Good luck!

Yeah, that might be it. The online system is convenient but buggy. For future reference, paper apps seem to have fewer issues. Live and learn, I guess.
