Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Word of warning: double-check all your paperwork before submitting. I made a tiny mistake on my form and it delayed my extension by over a month. Don't be like me lol

Does anyone know if theres a limit to how many times you can extend your SDI claim? I'm on my second extension and worried they might cut me off soon.
I think it depends on your specific situation, but I've heard of people getting up to 3 or 4 extensions. Best to ask EDD directly tho.

I work in healthcare and we've been seeing a lot of patients with similar issues lately. There might be a systemic problem with EDD's recertification process. Definitely keep pushing for answers!
Thats intresting. do you think its related to the new system they implemented last month?
It's possible. New systems often have bugs. But I can't say for sure. Either way, it's causing a lot of stress for people who rely on these benefits.
