Here's what I've learned from my own payment delay saga: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of when you submitted docs, who you talked to, and what they said. 2. Be persistent. Call regularly (use that Claimyr thing if you need to). 3. Check your online account daily for updates. 4. If possible, submit documents multiple ways (online, fax, mail) to cover all bases. 5. Reach out to your local representative if it's been more than 6 weeks. 6. Join Facebook groups or forums for real-time updates from others in the same boat. 7. Don't give up! It's frustrating, but your payment will come eventually. Hang in there, OP. We're all in this together. 💪
Unpopular opinion: maybe if we all stopped calling constantly, it would be easier to get through 🤷♂️
Pro tip: If you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out on Twitter. Sometimes their social media team is more responsive.
I was in the same boat last year. Turns out there was a flag on my account for potential fraud (even though everything was legit). Had to verify my identity again. Might be worth asking if there's any specific issue holding up your payments.

Hey OP, don't stress too much. I got the same letter and it turned out to be no big deal. Just a bit of extra paperwork. You got this, mama! 💪👶
