Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. I work in healthcare and we've been seeing a lot of patients with similar issues lately. There might be a systemic problem with EDD's recertification process. Definitely keep pushing for answers!
Thats intresting. do you think its related to the new system they implemented last month?
It's possible. New systems often have bugs. But I can't say for sure. Either way, it's causing a lot of stress for people who rely on these benefits.
