Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Just a heads up, they changed some policies last month. Make sure you're asking about the most current rules when you call. I got caught out by this and had to call back multiple times. What a waste of time 🙄

Have you checked if your claim period expired? Sometimes payments stop because you need to file a new claim. It's not always clear when this happens.

ugh im in the same boat. payments stopped 3 weeks ago and i cant get anyone on the phone. this system is so broken 😡

This! I had to do this once. Sat in the waiting room until they agreed to see me. It was awkward but it worked.
Is anyone else sick of how the unemployment system treats us like we're trying to scam them? We're just trying to survive here. It's not our fault the economy is a dumpster fire. 🔥
It's because a few bad apples spoil the bunch. There are people who do try to scam the system, which makes it harder for the rest of us.
Doesn't matter. The system should be designed to help people, not to catch a few cheaters at the expense of everyone else.
