Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Quick question - did you submit any additional medical evidence after your initial application? Sometimes that can cause delays while they review the new info.
No, I haven't submitted anything new. Should I? I'm worried it might reset the clock on my claim.
If it's relevant and supports your claim, it's usually worth submitting. But yeah, it can slow things down a bit. Tough call.

I'm in the same boat, haven't been paid in over a month. This is seriously affecting my ability to pay rent and buy food. Does anyone know if there are any emergency assistance programs available while we wait for unemployment to get their act together?
Check with your local food banks and churches. Many have programs to help people in situations like this. Hang in there! ❤️

Here's what worked for me to get my SDI extension: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact them. 2. Check your online account daily for updates. 3. If calling doesn't work, try sending a message through the online portal. 4. Reach out to your local state representative's office. They can sometimes intervene on your behalf. 5. Be persistent but polite when you do get through to someone. 6. Make sure all your medical documentation is up to date and submitted. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up. You're entitled to these benefits!
