Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Anyone else feel like we need a complete overhaul of the entire unemployment/disability system? It's 2023 and we're still dealing with forms and long wait times like it's 1980. 🤦♂️
Preach! 🙌 The whole thing is held together with duct tape and prayers at this point.
For real. My grandma could design a better system, and she still uses a flip phone. 😂

Here's what worked for me to get my SDI extension: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact them. 2. Check your online account daily for updates. 3. If calling doesn't work, try sending a message through the online portal. 4. Reach out to your local state representative's office. They can sometimes intervene on your behalf. 5. Be persistent but polite when you do get through to someone. 6. Make sure all your medical documentation is up to date and submitted. It's a frustrating process, but don't give up. You're entitled to these benefits!

Quick question - did you make sure all your medical documentation was up to date and submitted? That was what held up my extension for ages.
Oh no, I'm not sure actually. How did you find out what documentation they needed?
I had to call and speak to a rep. They told me exactly what forms were missing. It's a pain, but worth double-checking!
