Have you tried contacting them through social media? Sometimes their Twitter support is more responsive than other channels.
Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes EDD emails end up there. Also, make sure your UI Online account is up to date with your current contact info.
This happened to me last month. Turns out there was an identity verification issue I didn't know about. Definitely try to get someone on the phone if you can.
