I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. This whole system is broken af. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get what we're entitled to. It's time for a complete overhaul of the unemployment system! 🤬

Here's what worked for me after weeks of trying: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 AM 2. If you get the 'too busy' message, hang up and immediately redial 3. Keep doing this until you get into the queue 4. Once in queue, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long it takes 5. Have all your info ready when you finally get through It took me about 30 tries one morning, but I finally got through and sorted everything out. Stay persistent! Also, make sure you're calling the right number for your specific issue. Sometimes there are different departments for different problems. Good luck!
