Has anyone else had trouble getting through to continue their benefits? I've been trying for days and it's been a nightmare. Yesterday I got disconnected nine times, put on hold forever, and told to hang up and start over each time. The call quality was terrible too - all static and then it just cut off. I'm at my wits end here. Any advice on how to actually reach a human?

EDD still asking for ID verification after sending everything. No pay for 2 months. Help!
I sent EDD my ID, W2 forms, and June paystubs to verify my identity, but they're still asking for ID verification. It's been two months without pay. What else could they possibly need? I'm so frustrated!

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. My disability check is super late - it's been over 12 days now. I initially thought it was unemployment, but it turns out it's actually disability. Pro tip: if you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out on social media. Sometimes their Twitter team is more responsive than the phone lines. Worth a shot! 🤷♂️
ugh this happened to me last year. turns out there was a glitch in their system and a bunch of us had our payments delayed. might be worth asking if anyone else in ur area is experiencing the same thing
How did you find out about the glitch? Did EDD ever officially acknowledge it?

EDD Claim Stuck in Pending Since July - What to Do?
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. My unemployment claim has been stuck in pending status since July 3rd, and I haven't been able to work since then. It's been months now, and I'm starting to get really worried. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do to get this resolved? I'm not sure what else they need from me at this point.
