Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Yep, it's a mess. I heard they lost a bunch of staff and never replaced them. Classic government move 🙄
Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help speed things up if you're really stuck.

Just google '[your city] state representative'. Most have a 'constituent services' section on their website where you can ask for help with state agencies.

Hey, quick question - when you say "automatic payment," do you mean SDI or UI? The process can be different depending on which one you're dealing with.
Oh, good point! I'm dealing with UI. Should've mentioned that in my original post.
Gotcha. For UI, new medical info can definitely cause delays. They might be reevaluating your eligibility. Hang in there!

FYI - there was a system update on March 10th that caused some delays in processing. Your tests might be caught in that backlog. Still worth calling to check tho!
