If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Not to be that guy, but have you considered looking for work? I know the job market sucks rn, but even a part-time gig might help while you wait for EDD to get their act together.

Bruh, read the room 🤦‍♂️

I appreciate the suggestion, but I'm actually starting a new job next week. Just trying to stay afloat until then.

This is why we need UBI. The current system is a joke.

Preach! 🙌

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. If you get the 'too many callers' message, hang up and redial immediately 3. Keep doing this until you get into the queue 4. Once in the queue, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long the wait 5. Have all your info ready when you finally get through It took me about 20 attempts over 3 days, but I finally got through. Stay persistent!

Wow, thanks for the detailed strategy! I'll definitely give this a try. Fingers crossed it works for me too!

This is solid advice. I'd add: use a phone with a good speaker so you can multitask while on hold. And maybe have a backup battery/charger handy!

Anyone else notice that the hold music is like psychological warfare? I swear I hear it in my nightmares now 😅

omg yes! 😂 I catch myself humming it randomly throughout the day. Make it stoooop!

The whole disability insurance system is a joke. They make it so hard on purpose hoping people will just give up. It's criminal how they treat people who are already struggling. 🤬

It's not THAT bad. I've had good experiences with my claims. Maybe y'all just got unlucky?

@profile9 lol ok bootlicker 🙄 glad it worked for you but that doesn't mean the system isn't broken

Pro tip: if u can afford it, hire a disability attorney. They know all the loopholes and can speed things up. Yeah, they take a cut, but it might be worth it to get ur money faster.

This happened to me last year. Turns out they had my old address and all the mail was getting returned. Double check your contact info is up to date!

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds ancient, but sometimes it gets through faster than mail or online submissions.

Faxing? What year is it? 😂 But seriously, I'll try anything at this point. Thanks for the suggestion!

Unpopular opinion: the system isn't broken, ppl just don't know how to navigate it properly 🤷‍♂️

Found the EDD employee lol

I'm just saying, if you do your research and stay organized, it's not that bad

Quick question - how long ago did you submit your initial claim? There's been a huge backlog since covid, so timeframes are all over the place

0 coins

It's been about 3 weeks now. Is that normal?

0 coins

Unfortunately, yeah. I've heard of some taking 6-8 weeks lately. Hang in there!
