Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. If you get the 'too many callers' message, hang up and redial immediately 3. Keep doing this until you get into the queue 4. Once in the queue, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long the wait 5. Have all your info ready when you finally get through It took me about 20 attempts over 3 days, but I finally got through. Stay persistent!
The whole disability insurance system is a joke. They make it so hard on purpose hoping people will just give up. It's criminal how they treat people who are already struggling. 🤬
This happened to me last year. Turns out they had my old address and all the mail was getting returned. Double check your contact info is up to date!
