Frustrated with appointment setup - keeps asking for survey without connecting to rep. Any tips?
Has anyone else had trouble setting up an appointment? I tried calling twice and both times it just asked me to complete a survey without even letting me talk to a real person. This is so frustrating! I really need to get this appointment scheduled. Any advice on how to actually reach someone?

Ugh, I feel your pain! The appointment system is a total nightmare. I've been trying for weeks to get through. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone 🙄

•Same here! I've called like 5 times and keep getting stuck in survey hell. Anyone know if there's a better time of day to call?

•I heard early morning works best, like right when they open. But who knows, it's all a crapshoot 🤷♂️

I actually found a way to get through! There's this service called claimyr.com that calls for you, waits on hold, and then connects you when a real person picks up. It costs $20 but honestly it was worth it for me after wasting so much time trying to call myself.

•Sounds too good to be true. How does it actually work?

•You just go to their website, choose the line you need to call, pay, and then they start calling. When they get a person, your phone rings and you're connected. Saved me hours of frustration!

•Idk man, paying to make a phone call seems sketchy. Are you sure it's legit?

•I get the skepticism, but it worked for me. They even have a money-back guarantee if you don't get through. Just sharing what helped me, take it or leave it 🤷♀️

Pro tip: keep hammering that 0 button when you're in the automated system. Sometimes it'll kick you out to a real person if you're persistent enough.

This is ridiculous. We pay taxes for these services and can't even use them properly. Has anyone tried contacting their local representative about this issue?

•Good idea! I'm gonna draft an email right now. Maybe if enough of us complain, they'll actually do something about it.

•Lol good luck with that. Politicians only care about us during election season 🙄

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Call right when they open. The queue is usually shorter. 2. If you get the survey, hang up and call back immediately. 3. Try different phone numbers if they have multiple listed. 4. Be super nice to the rep when you finally get one. They deal with angry people all day. 5. Have all your info ready before you call. 6. If all else fails, see if you can schedule online or via email. Hope this helps someone! Stay persistent, you'll get through eventually.
