Tips for getting through to a human to set up an appointment?

Hey everyone, I need to set up an appointment but I'm having trouble getting through. Anyone have any tips on how to actually reach a human being? I've been trying for days and keep getting stuck in automated menus. It's driving me crazy!

Ugh, I feel your pain. I spent hours trying to get through last week. It's like they don't want us to talk to actual people anymore 🙄

For real tho. I swear they make it difficult on purpose to discourage ppl from calling

Yep, same boat here. Tried calling at different times of day, still no luck. This system is broken af

Pro tip: call right when they open in the morning. That's usually when wait times are shortest. Also, try pressing 0 repeatedly - sometimes that'll get you to a human faster.

Thanks for the advice! I'll give it a shot tomorrow morning and see if I have any luck

The 0 trick doesn't always work tho. Some systems will just hang up on you if you do that too much 😑

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://www.claimyr.com

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Anyone else tried it?

20 bucks? That's kinda steep just to talk to someone...

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it's legit. Saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo

Have you tried their online appointment system? Sometimes it's easier to book through the website than calling.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Be persistent. Sometimes you just gotta keep calling. 2. Have all your info ready before you call. They might ask for account numbers, SSN, etc. 3. Be polite to the rep when you finally get one. They deal with angry people all day. 4. If possible, try to handle stuff online. It's often faster. 5. If you absolutely need to talk to someone, consider using a paid service like others mentioned. It can save you a ton of time and headache. Hope this helps! Good luck getting your appointment set up.

Lmao good luck. I've been trying to set up an appointment for weeks. At this point I'm convinced their customer service is run by clowns 🤡
