Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.
Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. have u tried faxing them? I know it sounds old school but sometimes it works when nothing else does lol
Just went thru this last month. It's a nightmare but keep pushing. Took me 3 calls and 2 office visits but finally got it straightened out. Hang in there!

have you tried reaching out to your local congressperson's office? They often have staff dedicated to helping constituents with federal issues like this. Might be worth a shot if SSA gives you the runaround

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Call right when they open. The queue is usually shorter. 2. If you get the survey, hang up and call back immediately. 3. Try different phone numbers if they have multiple listed. 4. Be super nice to the rep when you finally get one. They deal with angry people all day. 5. Have all your info ready before you call. 6. If all else fails, see if you can schedule online or via email. Hope this helps someone! Stay persistent, you'll get through eventually.
