The TWC system is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE for payment timing! I've been on unemployment three times and every single time it's different. Sometimes I get it in 2 days, sometimes it takes 5 DAYS FOR NO REASON! And trying to call them to ask is a JOKE - you'll sit on hold for 3+ hours if you can even get through. They seriously need to fix their prehistoric system!!!

I have Frost Bank and they always release my unemployment payment immediately when TWC sends it, but my husband has Chase and they always hold it an extra day. Also, make sure you completed your work search requirements correctly (3 activities per week). If you made any mistakes there, it could delay things.
