How soon will TWC deposit show up on my bank card after Wednesday payment request?

I just switched my payment request day to Wednesday (used to do it on Mondays) and I'm trying to figure out when I'll actually see the money on my TWC debit card. My bills are due next Monday and I'm cutting it close this month. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for funds to show up after making a Wednesday payment request? Is it different than other days of the week? Really need to plan this out carefully.

When I request on Wednesday, I usually see it Friday morning. TWC processes payments within 2-3 business days after request. I've never had it take longer than that unless there was some issue with my claim. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much! Friday would be perfect timing. Do you know if they ever deposit on weekends or is it only business days?

I WISH it was that simple for everyone! My deposits are totally RANDOM even though I request payment on the same day every time. Sometimes 2 days, sometimes 4-5 days. TWC system is so broken it's ridiculous. They expect us to live on air while they take their sweet time processing our money!!

I had this exact problem too until I realized my account had a flag on it from when I accidentally entered my work search wrong one week. Have you checked your correspondence inbox for any messages from TWC? Might be worth calling to see if there's something holding up your payments.

The official timeline is that payment requests are processed within 2-3 business days, but there are some factors that can affect your deposit timing: 1. First-time payment requests take longer (up to 7-10 days) 2. If you have any unresolved issues on your claim, it can delay payment 3. Bank holidays can add an extra day 4. Some banks hold deposits for 24 hours before releasing funds For a Wednesday request with no issues, you should typically see it by Friday, occasionally Monday if there are processing delays. I recommend checking your claim status online to make sure you don't have any pending issues that might delay payment.

This is super helpful, thank you! I've been claiming for about 6 weeks now, so not my first payment. I checked my portal and don't see any pending issues, so hopefully Friday it is!

If you're worried about reaching the payment deadline, I'd recommend trying to get through to a TWC agent to confirm your payment status. I was in the same boat last month and couldn't get through on the phone for days. Finally used Claimyr (claimyr.com) to connect with TWC and they confirmed my payment was already processing. They have a video that shows how it works: https://youtu.be/V-IMvH88P1U?si=kNxmh025COIlIzKh. Saved me a lot of stress when I was worried about paying rent.

Thanks for the suggestion! If I don't see anything by Friday afternoon I might try that. Calling TWC directly has been impossible - I tried for 3 hours yesterday and kept getting disconnected.

dumb question maybe but are you checking your actual TWC debit card balance or just the payment status on the website? because sometimes the website still shows "processing" even after the money is already on the card. happened to me last time and i was stressing for no reason lol

Not dumb at all! I've been checking both actually. The website and the separate reliacard portal. Neither showing anything yet but sounds like I need to be patient until Friday.

Quick update - I just checked my calendar and on weeks with holidays, my deposit has sometimes been delayed until Monday. Just FYI since Memorial Day is coming up soon (not affecting you this week though).

Thank you for the heads up! That's good to know for future reference. I'll definitely plan better around holidays.
