TWC office hours on Memorial Day - will payment requests process today?

TWC is closed today for the holiday. No processing happening till tomorrow.

The online system is still accessible for checking status or submitting new payment requests, but nothing will update until their systems process batches tomorrow morning.

I'm in the same boat as you!!! Filed my payment request yesterday morning and NOTHING is showing up yet. Getting so worried because my car payment is due Wednesday and I NEED this money to clear. Does anyone know if the holiday means our payments will be delayed by just one day or could it be longer???

The TWC is 100% CLOSED today - just like EVERY federal holiday. And guess what? When you finally DO get someone on the phone tomorrow, they'll probably tell you some excuse about why your payment is delayed another week! The whole system is designed to make us wait as long as possible. I've been fighting with them for MONTHS about an appeal and they keep saying "it's processing" - yeah right! Good luck getting your money this week.

i submitted my payment request last friday and got the email this morning saying it was processed! so maybe some of the computer stuff still runs even tho the offices r closed? check ur email maybe

With the holiday, expect everything to shift forward one day - processing on Tuesday, with funds arriving Wednesday-Thursday. My brother-in-law works at TWC and said they're always closed on federal holidays but the computer systems still run some basic stuff. But anything requiring human review waits till next day.

i'm just wondering if we still have to do the work search requirements for this week even tho yesterday was a holiday? do we get to count one less day or still need all 3 activities?
