TWC CHANGED MY CLAIM TO INELIGIBLE AND REQUESTED ID.ME My family reunion is coming up mid July (we are having it at Florida) and it happens to be the same time when my TWC Debit card will be delivered. So I spoke to someone from TWC and they told me that I can update my address to where I will be for my family reunion so TWC can deliver my debit card there.  On the same day I requested payment for the first time, I received a message from TWC to verify my identity through ID.ME which I did immediately. It’s been over 36 hours since I completed my ID.ME Verification and my claim is still ineligible. Also my payment request was not paid.  Please someone help who do I have to do? Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix it.
