PA UC website down or am I locked out? Can't access my account today

Is anyone else having trouble getting into the unemployment portal today? I've been trying to log in for the past 3 hours to file my weekly claim, but the page keeps freezing after I enter my SSN and PIN. It doesn't give me any error message saying I'm locked out - the screen just goes blank and nothing happens. I've tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, and my phone) and getting the same issue. Really stressing because tomorrow is my filing deadline! Is the PA UC site down for maintenance or something?

ya i cant get in either since this morning... keeps loading forever after i put in my info. probably just maintenance but they never warn us smh

I've been trying since 6am!!! This is ridiculous! My bills are due Friday and I NEED this money to clear! Why don't they ever TELL US when they're doing maintenance?? The whole unemployment system is a JOKE. This happened last month too and I had to call for THREE DAYS before getting through!!!

I was having the same problem this morning but just got in about 20 minutes ago. Try clearing your cache and cookies completely, then restart your browser. That worked for me! The site seems really slow today though, so be patient after you click buttons.

If you need to reach PA UC urgently about this issue, good luck getting through on the regular phone lines. I recently discovered a service called Claimyr that helped me bypass the busy signals. It worked for me - got through to an agent in about 40 minutes instead of spending days redialing. They don't access your unemployment account or anything, they just connect the call. It's basically an auto-dialer service specifically for unemployment offices.

UPDATE: I just got in! Looks like they fixed whatever the issue was. The site is working but super slow. If anyone is still having trouble, keep trying every 30 minutes or so. I was able to complete my weekly certification just now.

STILL not working for me!! I keep getting kicked back to the login page after it thinks for like 2 minutes. This is RIDICULOUS! Did anyone else file an appeal recently? I'm wondering if they locked certain accounts out.

Thanks for all the help everyone! I was able to complete my filing. For anyone still having issues, the incognito mode suggestion worked for me when regular browsing was still being glitchy.
