PA UC website login error - is the system down for anyone else?

ya same problem here. been trying since last night actually. system keeps throwing me some error code that just says 'unable to process request' whatever that means. tried on my phone and laptop, same thing happens. guessing their servers crashed again... happens like once a month anymore i swear

Ugh, that makes me feel a little better that it's not just me, but now I'm worried about when it'll be back up. Have you tried calling? I tried the main number but it just says they're experiencing high call volume.

The PA UC system typically does maintenance on Sunday nights into Monday mornings (usually from about 11pm to 6am). However, unscheduled outages do occur occasionally. I just checked their Twitter account (@PALaborIndustry) and they haven't posted any alerts about system issues today. The system might be experiencing temporary problems. Try clearing your cache/cookies or using a different browser. If that doesn't work, waiting a few hours might resolve it if it's just temporary server congestion.

I WAS ABLE TO GET IN!!! Just worked for me after like 10 tries. Try closing your browser completely (not just the tab) and reopening. I'm using Chrome and it finally worked! Good luck!!

just tried ur suggestion and still getting the error. what time did u get in? maybe they fixed it for some ppl but not others yet

I'm having EXACTLY the same issue! Been trying since 7am and getting nowhere. So frustrated with this system!! I've been collecting UC for 2 months now and literally EVERY WEEK there's some new technical problem. Last week it wouldn't accept my work search activities and I had to call like 50 times to get through to someone. The week before that my payment was delayed for no reason. I'm seriously at my breaking point with PA's unemployment system...

These technical glitches are incredibly frustrating. I had similar issues last month when trying to upload my work search documentation. For what it's worth, even if you can't file exactly on your scheduled day, PA UC does give you that Sunday

If ur still having problems getting through on the site u might wanna try calling instead. I know that's not easy either but I used Claimyr (claimyr.com) last time the website was down and got through to an agent in like 20 mins. I've never heard of that service. Does it actually work? I'm desperate at this point but also worried about using third party sites with my unemployment info.

yea it worked for me twice now. they dont ask for any sensitive info they just connect you with an agent. easier than redial for 3 hours straight lol

i just talked to my neighbor who works for the state (not UC but different department) and he said theres a big server issue today affecting multiple state systems not just unemployment. they're working on it but might be a few hours before its fixed completely.

UPDATE: PA Labor & Industry just posted on Twitter that they're experiencing technical difficulties with the UC system. They're working to resolve it and recommend trying again after 2pm today. UPDATE: I just got in! System seems to be working now (3:15pm). Was able to file my weekly claim without any issues. Hope everyone else can get through now too!
