PA UC Money Network card verification stuck loading - can't access benefits
Is anyone else hitting a wall with the new Money Network card system? I've been trying for 3 days to set up my account but keep getting stuck at the 'verify your card' screen. It just spins forever and never progresses. I've tried different browsers, cleared cookies, even used my phone instead but nothing works! My rent is due next week and I can't access my benefits. The PA UC rep I finally reached (after 2 hours on hold) just told me to 'keep trying' which wasn't helpful at all. Has anyone managed to get past this spinning circle problem?

•Have you tried calling the Money Network directly instead of PA UC? Wondering if that might be faster?

This happened to me last month!! The verification page kept loading forever. Try accessing the site between 6-8am when there's less traffic. That's what worked for me. Also make sure your ad blocker is turned off if you're using one.

•Thanks for the tip! I'll try early tomorrow morning. Never thought about the ad blocker - I do have one so I'll disable it.

The new Money Network system is GARBAGE. I couldn't verify my card for TWO WEEKS while they held my benefits hostage. When I called PA UC they just kept transferring me around until I got disconnected. The whole system is designed to prevent people from getting their money!!

•I had the same experience! After calling continuously for days and getting nowhere, I finally used Claimyr (claimyr.com) to get through to an actual PA UC agent. They have this service that connects you with a rep without spending hours on hold. They have a demo video that shows how it works: https://youtu.be/CEPETxZdo9E?si=WL1ZzVZWG3KiHrg2. The agent was able to reset something on my account and then the verification finally worked.

I work with PA UC claims daily, and this is a known issue with the new Money Network integration. Here's what you need to do: 1. Make sure your PA UC claim is active and in pay status first 2. Try using Microsoft Edge or Safari (Chrome has known issues) 3. Completely log out of your PA UC account, close the browser, then reopen 4. When verifying, enter your card info EXACTLY as it appears, including spaces 5. If that fails, call Money Network directly at 888-233-5916 and request manual verification They can usually resolve this within 1-2 business days once you reach them.

•Thank you SO MUCH for these detailed steps! My claim is definitely active (I've been receiving payments). I'll try Safari instead of Chrome and call that direct number if it still doesn't work.

wait I'm confused... are u talking about ReliaCard or Money Network? I thought PA was still using ReliaCard for UC payments?? Did they change the system again?

•Pennsylvania switched from ReliaCard to Money Network earlier this year for all UC benefit payments. If you're still receiving payments on a ReliaCard, you should contact PA UC immediately as they've been phasing those out.

UPDATE: It finally worked! I followed the advice to try early morning (5:30am) using Safari instead of Chrome, and turned off my ad blocker. The verification went through in seconds! Thanks everyone for your help. For anyone else having this issue - try different times of day and different browsers!
