PA UC Money Network Card login issues - 'Sign In' button not working at all

Is anyone else having constant login problems with their PA UC Money Network card website? I've been trying to check my balance and transaction history for the past 3 days, but the sign-in button literally does NOTHING when I click it. I've tried on Chrome, Firefox, and even on my phone. I tap the sign-in button like 50+ times and absolutely nothing happens - no error message, no spinning wheel, NOTHING. My rent is due next week and I need to know how much is on this card! Has PA UC changed something about the Money Network login process recently? Anyone know a workaround or who to contact that will actually answer?

omg im having the exact same issue since tuesday!! so frustrating. tried calling the number on the back of my card but 40 min wait time and i had to hang up for work

At least I'm not alone! Did you try using a different browser? I'm about to try Internet Explorer as a last resort lol

This happens every few months with the Money Network site. It's usually a compatibility issue with certain browsers or a temporary outage on their end. Try these fixes: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies completely 2. Make sure you don't have any popup blockers or extensions interfering 3. Try using incognito/private browsing mode 4. Check if your internet security software is blocking it 5. If none of that works, you can always call the automated line at 888-233-5916 to check your balance without logging in The website seems to have the most problems around the 1st and 15th of the month when system load is highest.

Thank you! The incognito mode trick worked!! I had no idea they had an automated phone balance line either - saving that number for next time this happens.

I swear the Money Network site is the WORST!!! Been dealing with this garbage since my first payment in January. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt, and they NEVER explain why. Its been down for me all week too!!! I finally got so mad i just went to the ATM and checked my balance that way. Cost me $3 in fees but at least i know whats there now. WHY can't PA UC just do direct deposit like a normal system?????

FYI - I just got off the phone with Money Network customer service (waited 56 minutes though). They confirmed they're having a "site maintenance issue" affecting logins for some PA cardholders. They expect it to be resolved by tomorrow morning. In the meantime, you can: 1. Call 888-233-5916 and follow prompts to check balance by phone 2. Use the Money Network mobile app (seems to be working even when website isn't) 3. If you really need account access, try using Claimyr.com to get through to a PA UC agent who can check your card status. I used them last month when my card was locked, and they got me connected to an actual PA UC rep in under 15 minutes when I couldn't get through on my own. They have a video showing how it works: https://youtu.be/CEPETxZdo9E?si=WL1ZzVZWG3KiHrg2

Actually, PA does offer direct deposit. You can switch from the Money Network card to direct deposit by logging into your PA UC dashboard, selecting "View/Maintain Account Information," then "Update Payment Type." You'll need your bank account and routing number. Much more reliable than the card system.

is the money network thing the same as the reliacard? mine says reliacard but my cousin got something called money network? i'm confused

No, they're different. PA switched from ReliaCard to Money Network in mid-2023. Anyone who filed after that transition gets Money Network. If you still have a ReliaCard, it's from an older claim, but any new payments would go to Money Network now.

Just wanted to add another tip for anyone still having issues - if you're using any ad blockers or security extensions like uBlock Origin or NoScript, try temporarily disabling them. The Money Network site uses a lot of third-party scripts and sometimes these extensions block the login functionality. I had this exact same problem last month and it turned out my privacy extension was blocking the authentication popup. Also, make sure you're going directly to www.moneynetwork.com and not clicking any links from emails or other sites, as those sometimes redirect to cached or broken pages.
