Can't reset password for UI account - forgot security question. Help!

Ugh, been there done that. It's so annoying when you can't remember those stupid security questions. Have you tried calling their customer service? Sometimes they can verify your identity another way.

I found a method to get someone on the phone quickly. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried using the 'Forgot Security Question' option? Sometimes they have alternative verification methods like sending a code to your email or phone.

This happened to me last month. I ended up having to go to the office in person with my ID to verify my identity and reset everything. It was a pain, but at least it got resolved.

The whole system is a joke. They make it so hard to access your own account, it's like they don't want us to file claims. 🙄

Have you tried contacting them through social media? Sometimes their Twitter support is more responsive than phone.
