Can't reset password for UI account - forgot security question. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble accessing my account to file a claim. I can't reset my password because I don't remember my security question. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on how to get around it? I'm getting really frustrated and need to file ASAP.

I found a method to get someone on the phone quickly. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. I went through this exact same issue a few months ago! The security question thing is such a pain. What worked for me was calling the main UI line and explaining that I couldn't access my account due to the security question. They were able to verify my identity using my SSN, address, and employment history instead. It took about 30 minutes on the phone but they reset everything for me right then and there. Definitely try calling early in the morning like others suggested - I called right at 8am and got through pretty quickly. Don't give up, they do have ways to help you get back into your account!
