Application stuck in limbo - no updates showing online. What to do?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my application. I submitted it a while ago, but when I check online, there's no update showing. It's like nothing has changed since I first applied. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what I should do next?

I found a way to solve application status not updating online, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rt53S531b-Y

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. The online system is a joke. I've been waiting for weeks and still nothing. It's so frustrating!

•Tell me about it! I thought I was the only one. How long have you been waiting?

•Going on 3 weeks now. Every day I check, and it's like groundhog day. No changes, no updates, nada. 🤦♂️

•3 weeks? That's nothing. Try 2 months with radio silence. This system is beyond broken.

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes the online system lags behind, but they might have more up-to-date info over the phone.

•I've tried, but I can never get through. It's always busy or I'm on hold forever. Any tips for actually reaching a human?

•Pro tip: call right when they open. Like, set an alarm and be ready to dial the second they're supposed to start answering phones. It's ridiculous we have to do this, but it's worked for me before.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/MCgaMJPY8Us

•Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•$20? That's steep. Is it really worth it?

•I was skeptical too, but after wasting hours trying to get through, it was worth every penny. Saved me so much time and frustration.

•I used it last week. Can confirm it works. Got through in about an hour without having to actually sit on hold myself. 👍

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. The online system is often outdated. Don't rely on it 100%. 2. Calling is your best bet, but it's a nightmare to get through. 3. If you do get through, ask for a direct email or extension of the person you talk to. 4. Document EVERYTHING. Every call, every piece of info you submit. 5. Check if there are any local offices you can visit in person. Sometimes face-to-face is the only way to get answers. 6. If all else fails, contact your local representative. They can sometimes help push things along. Hang in there, OP. The system is broken, but persistence pays off.

I'm convinced they're just throwing our applications into a black hole and hoping we'll give up and go away. 🕳️

•LOL probably true. Maybe we should start a betting pool on whose application will resurface first 😂
