Im going thru something similar right now. Try calling the moment they open, like literally be calling at 7:59am. Sometimes you can get through before the lines get jammed.

omg this EXACT thing happened to me!! i was able to fix it by going to the office in person. bring all the paperwork you have and be prepared to wait ALL day but at least you'll get it fixed
