if u look at the ny unemployment twitter they posted that there's technical difficulties and they're working on it... why they couldn't put this message ON THE WEBSITE is beyond me lol

Called their technical support line and the rep told me they're aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Estimated time to fix is "by end of day" whatever that means 🙄
