Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. This reminds me of when I got let go from my office job three years ago. They said it was 'restructuring' but I always wondered if it was really performance related. I'm going through the exact same thing right now! Filed 10 days ago and still showing eligibility determination. It's so stressful not knowing what's happening. Did you have any issues with your employer information when you filed?

I had a similar situation trying to get through to someone at NYS Department of Labor about this exact issue. Could never get anyone on the phone to explain how the statistics work.
