Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. ProTip: Make sure you answer everything EXACTLY as they ask. One tiny inconsistency can flag your account for review and then you're stuck in limbo for months.

Did you make any changes to your claim recently? Like updated your address or anything? Sometimes even small changes can trigger payment holds while they verify the new info.
Nope - haven't made any changes at all. That's what's so weird. It's been working perfectly fine until now.

Same thing happened to me last year. Basically once your benefit days are gone, they're gone. But here's what I did - I called the unemployment office relentlessly until someone picked up and they confirmed there was nothing else I could do except wait until my benefit year ended. But at least I knew for sure instead of wondering.

For what its worth, I just got off the phone with them (used claimyr.com to bypass the hold nightmare). They confirmed ALL 1099Gs will be available online by Jan 30 and mailed by Jan 31. If you don't see yours by Feb 1st online, THEN you should contact them.
It was worth every penny to not spend 4 hours on hold. Got my issue resolved in minutes once connected.

If u have a state representative or assemblyperson, sometimes their offices can help speed things up if you don't get your letter in a reasonable time. They have special contacts at unemployment that regular ppl don't have access to. Worked for me last year when I was in limbo for 2 months.
