Missed EDD phone interview, UI pending and no payment. What now?

Ugh, that sucks. I've been there before. Have you tried calling them back? Sometimes they'll reschedule if you explain the situation.

Check your online account or any emails they might have sent. Sometimes they'll leave instructions there about rescheduling or next steps.

Have you checked if theres a way to reschedule the interview online? Sometimes they have that option buried in the website somewhere.

I had the same issue last year. Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file. Double check all your contact info is correct in your account!

This happened to me too! I ended up faxing them a letter explaining why I missed the call and asking for a reschedule. It took a few weeks but they eventually called me back.
