FPL Account Locked Out - Need Help Accessing Benefits ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble accessing my Family Paid Leave account. It's locked and I can't get in. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to get it unlocked quickly? I really need to access my benefits soon.

Ugh, been there done that. The system is such a pain sometimes! Have you tried resetting your password? That worked for me when I got locked out last month.

I had the same issue last year. Here's what worked for me: 1. Call the FPL hotline first thing in the morning (like right when they open) 2. Have your SSN and account info ready 3. Ask specifically for the account unlock team 4. Be super nice to the rep (even if you're frustrated) 5. If they can't help, ask to speak with a supervisor It took me about an hour on the phone, but I got it sorted. Good luck!

I found a way to get someone on the phone quickly. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you checked if there's any system maintenance going on? Sometimes they lock accounts during updates. Might be worth checking their Twitter or Facebook for announcements.

Have you tried accessing it from a different browser or clearing your cache? Sometimes that helps with weird login issues.

idk if this helps but i had a similar problem and it turned out my account was flagged for suspicious activity. had to verify my identity again. might be worth asking about that when you call.
