FPL Account Locked Out - Need Help Unlocking ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble logging into my Family Paid Leave account. The system keeps locking me out and I can't access any of my information. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to get it unlocked? I've been trying for days and it's really frustrating.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site called claimyr.com - it's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. Here's what worked for me when I got locked out: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies 2. Try logging in from a different device (I used my phone instead of computer) 3. If that doesn't work, email their tech support. They usually respond within 48 hours 4. As a last resort, send a written request by mail to unlock your account Hope this helps!
