FPL account locked - can't upload docs or start application. Help!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my Family Paid Leave application. My account is locked on the website and I can't upload anything. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on how to unlock it or get through to someone who can help?

I found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that can help with website issues. Also, make sure you're using a supported browser. The FPL website can be finicky.

Here's what worked for me: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies 2. Try accessing the site in incognito mode 3. If that doesn't work, use a different browser altogether 4. Still no luck? Try from a different device if possible 5. As a last resort, create a new account with a different email If none of these work, you'll probably have to call. Be prepared for a long wait. Good luck!

Creating a new account worked for me! Just make sure to use all the same info except the email.
